An invitation given by the Mogul Emperior to Kings, Vizeers, his companians and close relatives.The feast, mainly tandoori cuisine (Mughlai dish) was prepared by the best chefs in his empire and reserved by rather beautiful “Daasis”.
After marinated with dawett’s special blends of species and other herbal ingredients, our food is prepared in a Tandoor, a special clay oven. In a Tandoor, each dish is cooked over fires of charcoal. Our Indian breads are freshly baked by placing then on the hot surface of the tandoor.
