BUCKNIFE is a six-piece rock'n'roll band from Kelowna, British Columbia. They feature 2 drummers, 2 singers, 2 guitarists, bass & keyboards.
The band was formed in the summer of 2008 & has been working hard ever since. Their unrelenting & straight-ahead sound comes from the band's love & ability to play live. This element even enabled the band to record their self-titled EP in a live studio setting. That EP even landed the band 2 nominations at the 2011 BC Independant Music Awards for "Group Of The Year" & "Best Rock Recording". They have shared the stage with acts such as: Pennywise, Bif Naked, SNFU, Authority Zero, The Riverboat Gamblers, The Dreadnoughts, Thornley & many more. BUCKNIFE is currently working on the release of their full length album entitled "Villains".
