What 3 qualities do you feel that your business/organization exemplifies?
- RESPECT- We truly understand in today's economy that budgets need to be adhered to.. it is possible to get the look within the budget
- KINDNESS - We treat all clients equally. It does not matter if you are buying anything today, you will be treated as you should be, with respect
- FAIRNESS- We do not have multi levels of pricing. We sell wholesale directly to the homeowner. It is the homeowner that pays all bills, so we believe in giving them the best price
What would you like to say to your employees/volunteers?
We would be no where without our employees!!!
how does your business/organization impact the community?
We are very active in our community. We believe in giving back. This must happen all the time. We support the Arts,by donating a bathroom for a fund raiser, we support minor hockey teams and individuals as well as lacrosse. We support the large charities as well, Heart and stroke,Cancer, Diabetis as well as blind camps for kids, make a wish, paraolympic's, hospital books, and the Rockets Hockey.
What is the best part of operating in Kelowna?
Being born and raised in Kelowna, I feel after 47 years I have well planted roots. That is what is best about operating in Kelowna, knowing and understanding the residents of Kelowna. The residents are as diverse as the products we sell.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
I personally have assisted in the design of 5 different faucets for various applications. I also assisted in the design of a tub and sink. This was so fun to approach manufactures with clients wishes and having the manufacturer listen and build what was requested.
If you were trapped in an elevator with several wealthy investors from any field, which field would you want them to be experts in? What would say to them/talk about?
I wish I could of been trapped in an elevator with the most "wealthiest" women in the" information industry". Such as Mother Theresa, Princess Dianna, these women saw more then anyone when it comes to what we all can do to help others. Serving and helping others is so full of satisfying feelings. From the poor, to the extremely ill, to the weak and frail, we all have a space to fill

What is your favourite event in Kelowna?
The Old Regatta....It was everything great
If I could change 1 thing about Kelowna, it would be:
Bring the Regatta back !!!
What do you think makes Kelowna great?
Location. Kelowna is a complete 4 season playground !!! This attracts many health conscious people from all over the world. When you have all these diverse people in one city only great things can happen. healthy bodies equal healthy minds.
