Michael Buble. ( yup, only because I crush him lol)
If you were to receive any existing public award, what award would you like to win?
Good Citizen Award - There is no better feeling to help those in need in the community.
If you could spend a day with any historical figure, who would you choose?
Terry Fox- The conviction,strength, determination and drive that Terry had prooven to the world that when obstacles are put in your way, to not give up!
Who inspires you?
My daughter! watching my daughter live her life and do everything full of optimism and passion is the motivator for me to be the best I can be.
What are 3 things on your bucket list?
1. Travel - I look forward to the day that I can say I have travelled to all of the countries I dream of exploring.

If you had an enormous yacht, what would you name it?
If you could foresee a single day of your future in its entirety, what date would you select?
Hmmm... I would say lets just keep every day and all future experiences a surprise!
What are you passionate about?
In no particular order:
-My daughter: Being the best mom that I can be, is something that I passionatly strive for. To give my daughter a life filled with love and opportunity is my greatest pleasure.
-Living life:Expericencing as many activites and opportunities that enrichen my life! We only live once.
-Health and Fitness: Life is about balance, the only other thing to complete my life is living a healthy and active lifestyle, there is no greater way to live confident healthy and happy.
What has been your favourite day of your life, up to this point?
April 17, 2006. The day that my daughter was born! There was nothing like meeting and holding my healthy baby girl for the first time. She was my dream come true.
What has been your proudest accomplishment?
Having the opportunity to showcase my writing ablilites as a Fitness and Health columnist.
To have had the opportunity to work with Shaw TV to develop my own Fit Tips segment aired on Shaw TV.
Lastly, finishing the tough mudder... in one piece (lol)
Where is your favourite place to dine in Kelowna?
I love to grab a quick delicious and healthy lunch from Natures Fare Deli, and for dinner there is no better place than Raudz.
What is your favourite activity or event in Kelowna?
Anything that has to do with the beautiful outdoors! Paddleboarding, wakeboarding and hiking.

If you could achieve one thing within your field, what would it be?
To be the most respected personal training company in Kelowna.
Where do you want your business/organization to be in 5 years?
In 5 years, Profile Fitness Training will have the largest training studio in Kelowna that will cater to all styles of fitness for all age groups.
Who do you consider to be a forerunner within your field?
There are many amazing trainers in town that I admire and respect, it is extremely hard for me to select just 1!
What 3 qualities do you feel that your business/organization exemplifies?
Passion- My passion for fitness and educating others.
Motivation- My motivation to be the best trainer to each of my clients.
Education- The continual upgrading of my education keeps my training abilities on top!
What would you like to say to your employees/volunteers?
I currently have no employees.
How does your business/organization impact the community?
By building an overall thealthier community, raising awareness on posative events in the community, less healthcare costs.
If you were trapped in an elevator with several wealthy investors from any field, which field would you want them to be experts in? What would say to them/talk about?
Any wealthy investor that would take the time to talk to me would be an amazing opportunity!
I would love to have a conversation with someone who has built up an empire based on their name not their business or products. I would ask the steps they had taken to brand themselves and ask what mistakes they had made in the past that they felt they had learned the most from.
If I could change 1 thing about Kelowna, it would be:
I would not change anything, I would add to it. As a 30 something, I find that there is not much in the way of night life for a more mature crowd in Kelowna. I would implement lounges in the downtown core that cater to a more mature crowd.
What do you think makes Kelowna great?
The fact that Kelowna's back yard is as beautiful as it is! I love the mountains, the lake and all of the beautiful vinyards and golf courses. This makes for a fabulous City to live in and show off!
