Guess what everyone? August 6 (my birthday) was my two year anniversary since I started L.A. Weight Loss. I thought it would be fun to let you know how things have been going and what I have endured with some of my "friends" during this time. I'm still hanging in with my weight loss and look the same as on the buses (thank goodness). I'm still drinking "2,000" ounces of water each day (not really - it only seems that much some days) and watching my carbs, of course which I love. I have not had a "Perkins" pancake in two years and I think I’ve had about "five strands of pasta". John Gardner said he saw me on the bus. When he described the picture it didn't seem quite right. It wasn't. The bus advertisement he saw was for "The Wild Kingdom". I think that was a compliment! Our well respected RCMP Superintendent Bill McKinnon has had several things to say about me on the bus; some I can print, some I cannot. One day he called and told me that my bus was spewing black and that I had too much gas. Another day he said my flaps were up - that was scary! On another occasion I was dirty and only my "little" round face was showing. I'm not sure how that happened as the "bus guys" always keep me "spic and span." I still get a kick out of seeing myself roll down the street and I always wave to the bus drivers, but none wave back. I think they all think that there is something wrong with me. The staff at L.A. has been super over the past two years and still helps me out. They are so positive and cheerful. The company is having a one day only “two for one” special sale today only. You can go in with a friend or family member and enjoy this special offer. The bottom line is that “L.A. works!
