The OKGN Market in Lake Country has been saved after a fire last night.
Lake Country RCMP said in a release this morning that the fire was reported at about 7 pm on Tuesday.
Nobody was injured, police said, and the building was unoccupied at the time of the fire.
“Upon attendance officers found the building full of smoke and fire inside,” Mounties explained.
They added: “Lake Country Fire Department attended and put the fire out saving the building.”
Police also said they have completed their investigation into the fire’s cause and determined it “was not criminal in nature.”
There is no risk to the public, they said.
